Los Angeles Prime Timers is a California nonprofit mutual benefit corporation. We are a chapter of Prime Timers World Wide, established to provide a social outlet for mature gay men and their admirers.
Membership is a Privilege.
LAPT intends to provide for its members a place of relaxation, pleasure, growth and social interaction. Although we hope all who come here will be served and satisfied, we realize that not everyone is a good match for this organization, just as is true for any organization. Therefore, membership is a privilege and not a right. Each membership is approved by the Board of Directors, and membership may be revoked at any time.
Many Facilities for a Pleasant Experience
LAPT meets once monthly, at which place we offer a buffet, hot tub, sauna, dancing, pool table, piano, exercise equipment and showers, in a clothing-optional, friendly environment. We are able to participate with other Prime Timer organizations and occasionally we attend a special event. As such, LAPT expects each member and guest both to enjoy the event and to endeavor to make it a pleasant experience for others as well.
Clothing Optional Rules
Los Angeles Prime Timers offer a clothing-optional experience. That comes with certain rules. Each person must wear something on his feet and provide his own towel. Cameras are forbidden. Nudity is not an invitation to touch. All members are expected to respect the other person’s right of privacy and not to be placed in an awkward situation. Touching another person is allowed by mutual consent only.
Cleanliness
Because LAPT is a clothing-optional, social benefit organization, we expect each member to maintain reasonable cleanliness. Each person should wear footgear to protect himself and others. A shower is provided; please use the shower before entering the hot tub or having a massage. All members should arrive at the event fresh and presentable.
Spacious Indoor/Outdoor Facilities
LAPT offers spacious facilities outdoors and indoors. The yard is like a garden area with plenty of seating available. We have a large dining room with comfortable chairs, and we have a second room on the other side of the yard with couches. The house, however, is a private home, and visitors are allowed in it only by invitation of the occupants. Do not, under any circumstances, enter the house unescorted except to use the restroom facilities just inside the back door.

LAPT is a non-profit organization that exists only from the donations and contributions of its members. To join, we have a suggested annual membership fee of $50 ($80 for couples). For each buffet, we have a suggested donation of $20 for members. And don’t forget, the masseurs offer you a great service but at Prime Timers they are working only for tips. If you have a massage, do the right thing and treat them fairly.
Success Depends on Each Person’s Cooperating
The LAPT Board of Directors want you to have an enjoyable and desirable experience each time you attend, and we hope to keep LAPT functioning for a long time. But ultimately, it is up to you, our members, for this success. Membership is a privilege, and we hope each of our members find it is well worth their participation and support.
