Monthly Buffet

FEBRUARY 2010 BUFFET CANCELED!

Because of predicted rain, the February 20, 2010, buffet is canceled. If you made a reservation, your check will be applied to the March 20 event, unless you contact us and ask for it to be returned.

Our usual practice is that in case our rain, our buffet is postponed until the following Saturday. However the weather report for next weekend is 60% chance of rain. Therefore the entire February event is canceled and our next scheduled event is March 20, 2010.

to keep abreast of the current events.

Los Angeles has a buffet on the third Saturday of each month, weather permitting. Read the newsletter each month to verify that the schedule has not changed.

Buffet meeting lasts from 12:00 noon until 4:00 p.m.

Reservations must be made for the buffet.

Fill it out, print it and send it in with your check.

The reservation form and check is due at this office by Wednesday, the week of the buffet.

Advance reservations and payments are important because we need to know how many people are coming to the buffet and we need the proper funds to pay for the buffet.

The suggested donation for the buffet is $20.

Guests are welcome for up to two visits. After that, they are requested to join Prime Timers if they wish to continue attending.

	If Event is Cancelled
If the weather is rainy or too cold, the buffet will be cancelled or rescheduled for the following Saturday. The final call for cancelling or rescheduling is made the week of the buffet. Anybody who has already paid for the buffet will be automatically reserved for the next month's buffet.
Refunds for payments to events that have been cancelled will be made upon request.
