The March 15 Buffet has been postponed until March 22 because of predicted rain. As always, when we expect to have rain, we rechedule the buffet to the next Saturday.

If you've already send in a reservation and paid for this weekend, your money will be carried over to the next weekend. If you plan to attend but have not yet made a reservation and payment, please take care of that before Tuesday. We need to receive your reservation with payment by Tuesday.

If you have paid but cannot attend next weekend, please contact us immediately to make arrangement on how you want your payment to be handled. If you don't call us by Tuesday, March 18, your payment will already have gone to pay for your food, according to your reservation, and a refund cannot be made.

Los Angeles has a buffet on the third Saturday of each month, weather permitting. Read the newsletter each month to verify that the schedule has not changed.

Buffet meeting lasts from 12:00 noon until 4:00 p.m.

Reservations must be made for the buffet. Click here to go to the Reservation Form. Fill it out, print it and send it in with your check.

The reservation form and check is due at this office by Tuesday, the week of the buffet.

Advance reservations and payments are important because we need to know how many people are coming to the buffet and we need the proper funds to pay for the buffet.

The suggested donation for the buffet is $20.

Guests are welcome for up to two visits. After that, they are requested to join Prime Timers if they wish to continue attending.

	If Event is Cancelled
If the weather is rainy, the buffet will be cancelled or rescheduled for the following Saturday. The final call for cancelling or rescheduling is made the week of the buffet. Anybody who has already paid for the buffet will be automatically reserved for the next month's buffet.
Refunds for payments to events that have been cancelled will be made upon request.
